People Operations Generalist

We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist (HRBP) who brings both heart and rigor, someone who can balance employee advocacy with business impact, build strong relationships, and help us continuously evolve how we work and lead. This role formulates partnerships across all People & Culture functions in efforts to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding and working experience of the full-cycle employee journey with an emphasis on employee relations, and a strong customer-centric focus. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to the VP, People & Culture and is based in Hollywood, CA.  The targeted pay for this role in California is between $75,000 to $95,000.
