People Team Generalist

About the Position The People Generalist is an integral part of the People team, providing operational support to the People Partners as well as supporting Learning & Development, corporate communications, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience with HR processes, program and project management, and performance data/metrics, and enjoys partnering across multiple HR disciplines to help deliver well-run talent and culture programs.   The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for partnering with People team leaders and People Partners to execute impactful, cross-discipline solutions.
