The Training Manager is a pivotal role within the Pilates Athletics team, responsible for the hands-on delivery, coordination, and quality assurance of trainer education across the global network across our FS8 and VAURA brands. As the workout experience is our product, this role operates in close alignment with the Director of Athletics to protect programming intent, movement quality, and coaching standards at every studio. 

This is a delivery-first, travel-intensive role: the Training Manager spends the majority of their time on the road, leading Trainer Inductions, evaluating trainers, supporting Head Trainers in person, and serving as a visible standard-bearer for what great FS8 and
