About the Role
Five9 is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Media & Experimentation, to own our paid media engine and the experimentation program that keeps improving it. This role blends hands-on channel management — paid search, paid social, and programmatic — with a rigorous test-and-learn discipline across creative, offers, audiences, and landing pages. You'll manage agency and vendor relationships, partner closely with ABM and sales to turn paid programs into qualified pipeline, and build the testing roadmap that compounds performance over time.
