The Role

We’re hiring our first IT Manager to own how Flagler runs internally: identity, devices, networks, and the security controls underneath them. You’ll run IT hands-on for our New York HQ and be accountable for IT at the India entity we’re standing up over the next year.

The two sides of the company won’t run the same stack. New York is Google Workspace and Macs, and you’ll administer it yourself. India is being built on Microsoft (Entra ID, Intune, and Windows) by an India-based IT lead who reports to you. You’ll set the standards, sign off on the design, and an
