Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spanish-speaking LPN/LVN to join our remote team as a contractor for the delivery of RTM and CCM Services. These services provide personalized mobility for patients outside the clinic and help to better document their health. You will converse with the patients to ensure that they are improving every single day.
