Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist to join our research team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in flow cytometry, primary cell isolation and sorting, microscopy and imaging, and gene-silencing techniques (siRNA), with in vivo/in vitro mouse experience. This role will contribute to the design and execution of preclinical studies to advance therapeutic programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze complex in vitro / in vivo experiments to support research programs
• Lead and perform multi-parameter flow cytometry assays, including panel design, optimization, and data interpretation
• Perform and optimize primary cell isolation from tissues, including enzymatic and mechanical tissue dissociation, magnetic-activated cell sorting (MACS), and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), with attention to preserving cell viability, yield, native gene-expression signatures, and potential for further
