Senior Technical Communications Architect

AHOY Playbooks supports the AHOY ecosystem through strategic decks and proposals that can be used by the pre-sales, sales, commercials, tech, and product teams, all laid out in the form of the right story.  

We’re looking for a capable individual to lead the content strategy for these information systems, and support with refining these blueprints and documentation frameworks to help explain it all to developers and business leaders, alike.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Bridge Gaps: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical leaders, and turn business goals into technical requirements for engineering teams. 

• Design Systems: Create high-level architectural blueprints for enterprise systems, cloud integration, or data networks, to name a few. 

• Align Standards: Assist with technical governance, and the ever-evolving library to constantly build for pre-sales, sales, technical, R&D, product and commercial teams. 

• Mentor Teams: Guide and support the AHOY Playbooks team but also secure relationships with all the other teams AHOY Playbooks works with.  

• Good communicator: Say more with less. The art of conveying knowledge on a wide spectrum is expected for this role through strategic decks and proposal outputs. 

• Strategic Advising: Act as a bridge between business needs and techni
