What You'll Do

This role is on our engineering leadership team, reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer. In this role, you will consolidate and lead our global Developer Platform and AI infrastructure capabilities — serving ~300 software and data engineers across four core engineering pillars.

• Treat the Platform as a Product: Lead and evolve our core developer platform with a product mindset. Lead teams that build and support opinionated "paved paths" and self-service capabilities that reduce cognitive load, remove engineering friction, and optimize developer velocity across multiple business units.
• Co-Drive Platform Strategy: Partner closely with Product Management partners to define end-to-end platform vision, roadmapping, and metrics. Ensure platform investments deliver high-signal business value and delightful experien
