As a Junior Project Manager (6 Months Fixed-Term Contract) at Flix, you can make an impact by supporting the coordination and delivery of key projects across the team, helping workstreams run smoothly while building toward independent project ownership.  

About the Role

• Support planning, tracking, and follow-up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reporting across tools such as Confluence, task boards, and action logs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on routine operational items and follow-ups.
• Assist with data collection, clean-up, and consolidation to support analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and stakeholder updates.
• Flag risks, blockers, and delays to senior project managers in a timely way.
• Take ownership of well-defined, lower-complexity tasks and sub-projects, growing toward more autonomy over time.

About You

• Brings experience in project coordination, operations, or a related support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly and effectively in written and verbal English.
• Is comfortable with standard collaboration and office tools such as MS Office and Outlook.
• Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and grow into more autonomy.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus.
• Interest in operations, facilities, security, or asset management topics is a plus.
