In your first year, you will lead the night shift to improve safety incident reporting, quality checkpoint adherence, and production schedule attainment. This role is vital to Flora Food Group because the quality and safety of our food start on the manufacturing floor, shift by shift. You will be the key figure ensuring that every case leaving the plant meets our high standards and that the team operates smoothly and safely. Your leadership directly impacts the food that reaches consumers’ kitchens, supporting our mission to deliver better food every day.
What you'll do
- Lead daily night shift floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met.
- Champion a proactive safety culture by identifying near misses, ensuring incidents are reported, and driving timely resolution.
- Coach and develop 20 to 30 hourly
