The Project Manager is the operational engine of delivery: the person keeping programs on track, actions moving, documentation tight, and coordination humming across every discipline. You'll work across the full project lifecycle (Concept through Handover) on ground-up developments, conversions, third-party standard conversions, and tenant fit-outs. Day to day, that means driving the RFI/submittal cycle, keeping cross-discipline teams (architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape) coordinated and unblocked, and making sure risk and change surface early rather than quietly compound.
