About the role
Flow is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and run the systems behind how we find, win, and grow customers. Our customers are hardware teams in aerospace, defense, automotive, and adjacent industries, and our sales motion reflects that: long evaluation cycles, multiple stakeholders across engineering and procurement, and pilots that expand into full deployments. Getting the right data, tooling, and process in place is what lets a small team run that motion well.
This role sits between sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership. You will own our GTM stack end to end, automate the work that slows the team down, and turn pipeline and customer data into something the whole company can trust and act on.
What you'll do
Own and evolve our GTM stack, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and analytics tools, and the integrations that connect them.
