Advertiser Success Manager (Adtech)
Adflow is Fluent's commerce media advertising platform, connecting top-tier brands with highly engaged consumers through proprietary ad inventory, first-party data, and machine learning-driven optimization. We're seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Advertiser Success team. In this role, you will use your performance marketing expertise, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills to provide superior client service, research, and market analysis for the advertisers on the Adflow platform. You will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your clients, managing a book of business while developing comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership success. What You'll Do:
- Rapidly gain a thorough understanding of Adflow's proprietary ad inventory, machine learning-driven optimization, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources, and processes, and articulate them persuasively to new and existing advertisers
- Manage a book of business and maintain strong relationships with new and existing advertisers on the Adflow platform, to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and ensure long-term success
- Monitor client budgets, with a focus on growing advertisin
