About the Role
The Human Resources Systems & Reporting Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and reporting of Human Resources systems and data. Acting as the primary liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology (IT), this role supports system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, reporting, analytics, and future HR technology initiatives. The incumbent ensures data integrity, security, and compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, reporting capabilities, and the overall employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3 to 5+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR systems, reporting, analytics, or HR operations.
Experience supporting and administering HR technology platforms; experience with SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, Lever, and Docebo is considered an asset.
Experience partnering with IT teams on system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, or implementations.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work in-office Monday-Friday.
Successful candidates must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check due to the sensitive nature of the role.
A Day in the Life
HR Systems Administration
Serve as the subject matter expert for Flynn's HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and employee engagement systems.
Maintain system configurations, workflows, user permissions, and system documentation.
Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes through technology solutions.
System Enhancements & Projects
Lead and support system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and future HR technology initiatives.
Coordinate testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
Partner with stakeholders to maximize utilization and adoption of HR technology platforms.
Support the continued growth and optimization of systems including HiBob and future HR technology modules.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used for reporting and analytics.
Support the development of workforce analytics and reporting solutions.
HR & IT Partnership
Act as the primary liaison between HR and IT for HR system initiatives, integrations, and enhancements.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and improve HR technology processes.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and issue resolution.
Data Governance & Compliance
Administer HR system security roles, permissions, and access controls.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data through ongoing audits and validation processes.
Support compliance with privacy legislation, organizational policies, and audit requirements.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of employee information at all times.
