Job Summary 

As a Roofing Service Foreman, you’ll lead preventative maintenance, damage assessments, leak detection, and high‑quality roof repairs. You’ll oversee project completion, train and support your crew, and provide informed recommendations to clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Daily Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems
• Investigate and identify roof leaks, inspecting damage, determine the correct repair process
• Professional communication with clients and providing recommendations
• Most day-to-day work includes general maintenance: debris/snow removal, tearing out old roof material, cleaning gutters, etc.
• Use our mobile app to record, document, and report jobs completed
• Respond to emergency leaks (usually on-call 1 week per month)
• You will lead, train, and delegate tasks to your team (1-2 techs)
• 24/7 On-call availability (usually 1-2 weeks per month, additional compensation is given)

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• 4+ years’ experience with installation and/or repairs of flat-roofing systems
• Has a valid driver license
• Clean 7-year driving record- ability to pass an MVR screening
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screening to drive company vehicle- service box truck
• Can install and complete repairs for various types of roofs TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs 
• Ability to perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (e.g., leak, tear, clog)
• Knows roofing products, can order correct materials, tools, & equipment
• Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control, train employees, etc.
