Your Role

As Junior Customer Success Manager for Activation in DACH, you make sure every new German-speaking customer goes from “just signed” to “fonio picks up our calls every day”. You own the first weeks of the customer journey: setting up their AI assistant, testing and fine-tuning it, and getting it live on their phone line.

You’ll spend most of your time in onboarding calls with customers and inside the fonio platform. You learn how every feature works and figure out the best setup for each customer,
