Your Role
You make every new fonio teammate feel at home from day one. You own the journey from signed offer to fully ramped, and help international colleagues relocate across countries, from Spain and Austria to the UK, the US, Poland and beyond.
Onboarding experience: Build the fonio way of joining: pre-boarding, day one, first 90 days. Welcome kits, buddies, team playbooks. Automate it so it scales with our hiring.
Go-to person: Act as the primary point of contact for every new joiner. Answer fast, solve issues, and run onboarding sessions on our tools and ways of working.
