You’ll build trusted relationships with a portfolio of stores and act as a key contact for practical guidance, technical queries and issue resolution. This varied role will see you: Provide trusted payroll support and practical guidance to stores using our centralised payroll service Undertake payroll peer reviews and quality checks to improve accuracy, consistency and confidence across the service Investigate payroll issues, recommend practical solutions and help reduce recurring errors Deliver payroll training, support new Centralised Payroll Specialists and provide service cover during leave, absences or peak periods Contribute to continuous improvement, store ownership changes and future ways of working through transformation programmes.
