Forbes is seeking a Director, Enterprise AI Operations to lead the design and execution of AI operations across Forbes. This is an internal-facing role focused on transforming how teams operate, not building external AI products. This is not a traditional product role, and it is not an AI experimentation role. We are not looking to explore AI. We are looking to operationalize it across the company. This role is for a leader who has successfully driven operational transformation at scale and knows how to move organizations from ideas to adoption, and from tools to sustained behavioral change.
