Job Description

The Materials & Scheduling Supervisor leads materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning for Therma-Tru Retail operations. The Supervisor is accountable for ensuring material availability, production readiness, inventory health, and alignment of manufacturing capacity with customer demand. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the Supervisor to actively engage in day-to-day planning, analysis, and issue resolution while leading and developing the team.
