Legal Counsel

The role will provide commercially focused legal advice and support on a broad range of day-to-day legal matters and helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Working closely with the Company's Head of Legal. The role will also drive the development and continuous improvement of the Legal function by establishing and enhancing legal processes, policies, governance frameworks, and operational procedures, leading strategic legal and regulatory projects, and implementing initiatives that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of legal service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract creation, review, execution, renewal, termination and record management.
• Design, implement, and maintain legal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process redesign and automation.
• Maintain contract repositories and governance standards.
• Coordinate legal and regulatory transformation projects across the organisation.
• Research, assess, and advise on legal risks associated with business decisions and operations.
