Employee Benefits Sales Producer

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Employee Benefits Sales Producer to their Balsiger Insurance team in Las Vegas, NV. 

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients, developing meaningful relationships with decision-makers, and delivering tailored benefits solutions that meet client needs.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner closely with our Account Management team to ensure a seamless client experience—from new business acquisition through long-term retention—while helping organizations design competitive and effective employee benefits strategies.
