XT/EA/Data Task Lead

Decription: 

• Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of contractor personnel and activities, including subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the XT Directorate and facilitate effective communication between Government and Contractor teams.
• Establish and maintain processes to track and document requirements, activities, and performance.
• Ensure contractor activities are executed efficiently and meet established requirements and performance expectations.
• Support financial and business management processes associated with the contract.
• Make decisions on behalf of the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, and resource challenges.
• Maintain accountability for the overall quality and efficiency of contractor performance

Minimum Requirements: 

• TS/SCI clearance eligible.
• PMP certification.
• 8 years of experience managing a project within a complex environment.
