Mobile App Growth Manager

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Mobile App Growth Manager.

You will own mobile app growth end to end: turning installs from paid and organic channels into registered, verified and funded traders. Sitting in the Channel team, you will set the app acquisition strategy, run the budget and own the numbers from impression to first-time deposit (FTD) and beyond.

How success is measured

• Installs, registrations and FTDs from the app, split by paid and organic.
• Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region.
• Install-to-FTD conversion rate and 30 / 90-day ROAS on app cohorts.
• Store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.

Responsibilities:

Paid user acquisition

• Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta, TikTok and selected programmatic / DSP partners.
• Optimise beyond installs to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
• Own the app UA budget and pacing by region, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort qualit
