What you’ll do

Your main goal will be to communicate with our existing clients and help keep them engaged.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Calling and messaging existing clients;
• Following up with clients and keeping in touch with them;
• Answering questions and explaining our products and services;
• Helping clients with their requests;
• Keeping client information up to date in our CRM.

Requirements

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are a recent graduate or finishing university;
• Speak Bulgarian and English confidently;
• Are comfortable talking to different people;
• Aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation;
• Can handle a fast-paced environment;
