If you'd rather earn a crew's respect than hand out write-ups, keep reading. Freedom Power was born when Freedom Solar and Freedom HVAC joined forces to become Texas and Florida's complete whole-house energy company. We don't just install equipment. We hand homeowners the keys to something bigger: control over their energy, their bills, and their future. We call it Energy Empowerment, and it's not a tagline — it's the reason we show up every day. As our Field Safety Technician, you're the road warrior who keeps every office, every jobsite, and every crew running safely — from residential rooftops to commercial installs. You'll set the standard by showing up, not by cracking down: leading JSAs and safety meetings, coaching crews through real conversations, and making sure the right equipment, training, and habits are in place before something goes wrong, not after. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Set the standard and lead by example — a trusted partner on-site, not an enforcer. Serve as the safety and training subject matter expert for operational leadership. Support and maintain safety policies and programs that keep us compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement safety training, including OSHA-mandated courses to manage employee compliance. Lead and coach proper technique for Job Safety A
