As a Solar Field Service Technician, you're the technical expert who keeps residential solar, storage, and off-grid systems running the way they're supposed to. You'll respond to dispatch calls, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, climb the roof when the job calls for it, and walk homeowners through exactly what you found and why — building trust one service call at a time. Your Day-to-Day Respond to service calls from dispatch on behalf of customers with solar system issues. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Solar, storage, and off-grid systems. Get on roofs when needed to remove, replace, or repair solar panels. Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit. Communicate findings clearly and follow procedures with your manager. Handle paperwork, timekeeping, and inventory processing for every service call.
