About the role

We're looking for a PR Specialist with real marketing experience to support the US-based founder of a PR firm. This is more than a traditional marketing role: you'll be the founder's operations partner and "second brain", someone he can brainstorm with, trust with his clients, and rely on to keep his marketing, calendar and priorities on track.

You'll own the firm's marketing in-house, from LinkedIn and social content to ad and email campaigns, and oversee any freelancers or agencies that support it. Over your first 60 to 90 days, you'll also grow into managing client communication directly. The founder wants someone who knows marketing fundamentals well enough to plug in from day one.

Compensation: 1,800 to 2,000 USD per month (Depends on Experience)
