As Escalation Manager Supply Chain, you are responsible for resolving critical supply chain and material availability issues that could impact production continuity and customer commitments. Acting as the central coordinator during escalations, you align suppliers, internal stakeholders, and management teams to drive rapid recovery and ensure business continuity.

This role goes beyond managing day-to-day disruptions. You identify recurring risks, lead root cause investigations, and implement sustainable improvements that strengthen supply chain resilience across the organization.

What You'll Do:

You will take ownership of complex supply chain escalations, ensuring issues are assessed, prioritized, and resolved in a structured and effective way. Working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams, you drive recovery plans, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading critical supply chain and supplier escalations with potential impact on production and customer deliveries.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to develop and execute recovery plans.
  • Challenging suppliers on performance, commitments, and corrective actions.
  • Driving root cause analysis and long-term improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring supply chain risks, performance trends, and escalation metrics.
  • Providing management with clear insights and recommendations to improve resilience and performance.

What You Bring:

You bring a strong background in supply chain management within a high-tech manufacturing environment, combined with the confidence to lead complex discussions with suppliers and senior stakeholders.

You have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, or Program Management.
  • Proven experience managing supplier performance and business-critical escalations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in structured improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
