To strengthen our logistics organisation, we are looking for a Team Lead Planning.

What does the role of Team Lead Planning involve?

As Team Lead Planning, you are responsible for the planning department, which consists of (Sr) planners. You provide input for defining the vision of the entire logistics department and execute the departmental strategy. Your tasks also include, among others:

• Coaching and supporting your team in an inspiring way;

• Leading team meetings and conducting performance reviews with team members;

• Being responsible for updating working methods and procedures within the regular planning department of Logistics;

• Overseeing the correct execution of the production plans that have been drawn up;

• Being responsible for reporting on the logistics performance for customers and initiating improvement actions where needed;

• Managing and reporting on the department's KPIs. Are you our Team Lead Planning? You are a true people manager and know better than anyone how to create buy-in within your team. You have tactical insight and feel completely at home in a dynamic and complex environment. In addition, you have or are:

• A completed bachelor's (HBO) or master's (WO) degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering & Management;

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mechatronics or high-tech sector;

• Equipped with organisational and coordinating skills, combined with extensive experience in logistics;

• Able to understand the impact of supply chain decisions on the business;

• Excellent in command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken;
