Lead Digital Designer (Creative Production)
Step into a leadership role where you still get to do what you love most: create. We are looking for an expert multidisciplinary designer who will actively craft assets, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, improve team workflows, and mentor other designers. Let’s be clear upfront: dedicated Project Managers already handle timelines, deadlines, and task assignments. We are not looking for a traditional Production Manager or a purely conceptual Art Director. We need an expert, hands-on multidisciplinary designer to act as the technical right-hand for our design team. In this role, you will drive our global campaign production. You will spend your days actively designing, animating, and engineering high-quality assets across static, motion, and video, while setting the technical standards for the department. Partnering closely with the Head of Creative, you will turn creative strategies into high-performing assets for millions of users worldwide, blending flawless execution with team mentorship.
What can you expect?
Hands-On Creation & Execution: Bring static campaigns to life by personally adapting and engineering dynamic motion pieces for META, Google, YouTube, X, Reddit, and others. You will act as the ultimate technical unblocker, diving directly into the software to resolve complex design problems and create high-performing assets yourself.
Workflow Design & Task Distribution: While our dedicated Project and Traffic Managers handle overarching timelines, you will collaborate with them to distribute work effectively across the design team. Beyond that, your operational focus will remain mostly on creative execution. You will actively spot areas for improvement, design efficient workflows, build advanced master templates, and set the tooling standards for the department.
Team Mentorship & Bottleneck Resolution: Act as the senior technical expert across graphic design, motion, and video. You will review outputs, clearly identify upcoming technical bottlenecks upfront, and directly coach and develop our multidisciplinary designers to elevate their craft.
Visual Clarity & BAU Frameworks: Act as the ultimate quality gatekeeper with a meticulous eye for detail. You will apply a mastery of advanced typography, visual hierarchy, strict contrast rules, and motion principles. Additionally, you will proactively spot gaps in our Business As Usual (BAU) communications and design new templates to fill those needs.
Performance Optimization, A/B Testing & Localization: Collaborate closely with performance specialists to iterate and improve creatives based on platform best practices. You will strategize A/B testing frameworks, scale up asset delivery, and oversee seamless language localizations tailored to global markets.
Scale with AI: Act as a generative AI technical lead. You will architect production-ready AI workflows and custom pipelines to speed up asset generation, handle post-production more efficiently, and share these best practices with your team.
What do we expect from you?
Senior Design Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a hybrid design leadership role. We need someone who has mastered visual, motion, and video design, with a proven history of both hands-on elite asset creation and the successful mentorship of a creative team.
Showreel & Portfolio: A highly technical and creative portfolio demonstrating expert-level visual execution, precise ad adaptation, and advanced motion graphic capabilities. (Applications without a portfolio/showreel will not be considered).
Toolbox, Pipeline & Data Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects). You will act as a technical post-production lead who builds master timeline templates, manages shared storage workflows, and takes full ownership of our internal server structures so deliverables are perfectly organized.
Advanced Visual & Audio Engineering: You have a firm grasp of montage theory, dynamic visual rhythm, and continuity editing rules. You apply advanced knowledge of dynamic mixing, spatial audio, and cinematic lighting setups to engineer high-retention hooks and technically flawless compositions.
Technical Scoping & Quality Assurance: A high level of autonomy and strict attention to detail. You excel at performing technical overviews of scripts to estimate precise timing and enforce strict delivery standards across all visual attributes and formats.
Language: Fluent English is a must (both written and spoken).
What will be a plus?
Platform Best Practices: Deep understanding of advertising best practices, format specifications, and how marketing works across platforms like META, Google Ads, Reddit, and Amazon Ads.
Advanced 3D/AI Overlap: Experience with 3D graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender) or AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Magnific, Elevenlabs etc.).
Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with Asana or Jira to seamlessly collaborate with our dedicated Project Management team.
