Accounts Executive

The Role:
The Accounts Executive will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a key role in managing and processing finance related to tuition billing, payments and installment plans, as well as overseeing the collection for the unpaid fee balances.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

-To perform full spectrum of Accounts Receivable function, daily operations and month-end-closing
-Reconciliation of Nets/China Union Pay, PayNow, Fund Transfer and Ali Pay with collection reports
-Deposit cash and prepare of Bank Reconciliation
-Update Student database

Accounts Payable

-To perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable function, daily operations and month-end-closing
-Preparation of payment vouchers, petty cash, agent commissions and staff claims
-Preparation of Purchase Requisition for respective suppliers
