Our recruitment team is currently assisting a client in expanding their Accounting team, and we are looking for 3 Accounts Executives to join their growing organisation.

You do not need full-set accounting experience to apply.

Our client provides hands-on training, allowing you to progressively develop your accounting knowledge — from daily accounting operations to month-end closing, full-set accounts and financial reporting.

For candidates with 3+ years of experience, the role offers broader exposure and greater responsibility based on your capabilities, including full-set accounts, month-end closing, reporting, budgeting and process improvement.

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fresh Graduate / Junior
• Handle AP, AR, invoices, payments, collections and daily accounting records
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare accounting schedules and journal entries
• Assist with month-end closing, audits, financial reporting and tax-related documentation
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate accounting records
• Receive hands-on training and progressively develop full-set accounting experience

Experienced Candidates
• Independently manage full-set accounts and month-end closing
• Handle financial reporting, budgeting, audits and tax-related matters
