Key Responsibilities:

Build and diversify a pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs), partners, and clients by leveraging personal networks and proactive outreach to drive trading activity, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company’s presence in targeted markets.
Offer hands-on support for technical issues such as system or account errors, commission/rebate discrepancies, etc.; escalate to appropriate teams for effective resolution when necessary.
Deliver timely updates to partners on new products, platform enhancements, promotional campaigns, and policy changes to ensure partners are well-informed and aligned.
Equip IBs and partners with relevant marketing materials, merchandise, and rewards to support client engagement and retention efforts.
