Client Account Service Executive

We are looking for a responsible, people-oriented team member to join our growing team. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting people and building relationships.

Prior experience is welcome, but not required. We are open to fresh candidates who are motivated to learn and willing to take ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish job postings across social media and other recruitment channels.
• Source and engage potential candidates, members, and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs, and other channels.
• Guide new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits, and the overall onboarding process.
• Understand clients’ staffing needs, work schedules, and requirements.
• Match candidates with suitable opportunities using our automated matching system.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary, benefits, and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment and placement process.
• Work responsibly toward individual and team targets.
