What You'll Do:

1. Operations Management
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met.
- Drive productivity improvements through lean manufacturing, automation and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Establish KPIs and regularly review performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

2. Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ensure optimal material availability, production scheduling, and customer delivery performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and global SCM teams to improve supply reliability, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
