Indonesia Logistics Manager
Job Title: Indonesia Logistics Manager | DDP/DDU + BC2.3 | Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall logistics operations of the Indonesia branch, establishing operational processes and standards, and coordinating business alignment between China HQ and the Indonesia local team.
- Manage end-to-end DDP/DDU operations, including document review, tax and duty calculation, customs clearance coordination, and last-mile delivery, while optimizing cost structures.
- Handle BC2.3 bonded zone declaration operations to ensure compliant inflow/outflow of bonded goods and maintain close communication with Indonesian Customs and bonded zone authorities.
- Build and manage the local Indonesia operations team, including training, performance evaluation, and daily management.
- Develop and manage local vendor resources such as agents, customs brokers, trucking companies, and warehouses, and establish a vendor evaluation system.
- Ensure Indonesia operations comply with local legal and regulatory requirements, establish a risk alert mechanism, and promptly resolve unexpected issues.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs Affairs, or related fields.
- 5–10 years of logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 3 years as a Logistics Manager or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in DDP/DDU operations and deep understanding of the full process
