Job Description:

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
-Ensure all HR policies, SOPs, and processes are implemented consistently and in compliance with India labour laws and company standards.
-Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and reports, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
-Act as the primary HR contact for the India team and a key liaison with regional/global HR stakeholders.
