Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Summary
Our Client seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong capabilities in functional and technical solutioning, system integration, and Salesforce platform design, with supporting involvement in presales activities.
The consultant will work independently with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and practical Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Lead requirements gathering and translate requirements into functional and technical designs
• Define integration solutions across Salesforce and external systems
• Recommend OOTB vs customized solutions based on Salesforce best practices
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and solution documentation
• Provide functional and technical guidance to developers and delivery teams
• Support configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution

Presales Support
• Support discovery and solutioning activities for Salesforce opportunities
• Contribute to solution approaches, effort estimation, and proposal development
• Provide technical and functional inputs for proposals and client presentations
