Sirene by GAIA is looking to hire an experienced Bar Manager join their team in J1, Dubai.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of bar operations, stock control, and beverage cost management.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Experience working with VIP clientele and in high-volume environments.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
