FurtherAI is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to build and run our enterprise pipeline engine. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting into the VP of Growth Marketing: you'll help set the demand strategy and then execute it, from launching paid social campaigns and running third-party programs to improving website conversion, building nurture programs, and launching ABM. We’re looking for a hands-on individual contributor who can own both strategy and execution, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function scales.

This role is measured on pipeline, not MQLs. Success means more qualified demos, more opportunities, and more pipeline created, and you'll help own the funnel tracking that proves it. You'll work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations, and you'll bring both the urgency of a startup operator and the rigor of an enterprise marketer.
