Introduction to Fuse:

What you'll do:

  • Assemble cable harnesses and interconnects from drawings, work instructions, and BOMs — cut, strip, crimp, solder, terminate, lace, heat-shrink, and dress to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and company process.
  • Build and rework complex circuit card assemblies (CCA/PCBA) including through-hole and SMT soldering, component installation, conformal coating touch-up, and board-level rework.
  • Assemble and integrate electro-mechanical units: chassis, LRUs, backshells, connectors, panels, and ruggedized enclosures.
  • Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawing
