Associate/VP Digital Infrastructure & Private Credit Capital Markets

FS is looking for an experienced candidate for its Capital Markets team. The team is involved in structuring and executing fund finance transactions across private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity. In addition, the team has directly syndicated credit facilities, private placements, and rated feeders to a variety of institutional investors. The team is looking to expand the capital markets function with a focus on structuring, executing, and distributing new economy infrastructure (i.e. Solar, Compute, Data Center) transactions and its growing private credit platform.
