Assembly Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
Pay After 90 Days: $17.00/hour
Overtime: Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

What You'll Do

• Assemble automotive components and parts according to production requirements
• Install, fit, fasten, or connect components during the assembly process
• Inspect parts for visible defects or quality concerns
• Follow standardized work instructions and production procedures
• Use basic hand tools or production equipment as required
• Maintain production pace while meeting quality expectations
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work cooperatively with team members, supervisors, and production leadership
