Position Overview

We are seeking an aggressive, creative, and highly motivated Passive Candidate Recruiter / Talent Sourcer based in the Philippines.

This is not a traditional recruiting position where you simply post jobs and wait for candidates to apply.

Your primary responsibility will be headhunting passive candidates who are currently employed and convincing them to consider new career opportunities. Successful candidates must be comfortable identifying talent at competitor companies, finding ways to contact those individuals, starting conversations, and building enough interest to get them engaged in the recruiting process.

We are looking for someone who understands that great candidates often aren’t looking for jobs—you have to go find them.
