About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Medical Science Liaison to join our Medical Affairs team in Poland.
In this field-based role, you will play a key part in supporting the pre-launch, launch and lifecycle management of an innovative biologic therapy, as well as Galderma's broader dermatology portfolio. Acting as a trusted scientific partner, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Medical Experts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, scientific societies and leading dermatology centres across Poland.
You will facilitate high-quality, non-promotional scientific exchange, identify unmet medical needs and evidence gaps, and translate external insights into meaningful recommendations that help shape local medical strategy. Working closely with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams, you will contribute to launch readiness and portfolio success while upholding the highest standards of scientific integrity, medical independence and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted, science-led relationships with Medical Experts, KOLs, healthcare professionals, scientific societies and key dermatology centres across Poland.
- Deliver high-quality, balanced and non-promotional scientific exchange on disease areas, treatment pathways, biologic therapies and emerging clinical evidence.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies and Medical Affairs standards.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, supporting advisory boards, scientific meetings, congresses and medical education initiatives aligned with the Country Medical Plan.
- Contribute to pre-launch, launch and lifecycle activities for the biologic therapy and wider dermatology portfolio.
- Identify unmet medical needs, evidence gaps, scientific challenges and evolving clinical practices, translating insights into actionable Medical Affairs priorities.
- Gather, analyse and communicate high-quality field insights to support local medical strategy, integrated launch planning and portfolio-related decision-making.
- Identify and support local evidence-generation opportunities, including real-world evidence projects, observational studies, epidemiological research, registries and scientific collaborations.
- Present complex clinical and scientific information in a clear, credible and engaging manner to both internal and external audiences.
- Partner effectively with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory and other relevant teams while maintaining the scientific independence of Medical Affairs.
- Support internal scientific education initiatives and medical training programmes.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, company policies and Medical Affairs standards.
Key Requirements, Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline (e.g. MD, MSc or PhD).
- Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in another field-based Medical Affairs role.
- Strong scientific expertise and credibility, with the ability to critically evaluate, interpret and discuss clinical and real-world evidence.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing professional relationships with KOLs, Medical Experts and senior healthcare professionals.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare environment and the ability to identify and address the needs of external stakeholders.
- Experience identifying unmet medical needs, evidence gaps and medical insights that can help inform strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a matrix organisation.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Poland.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dermatology, immunology or inflammatory diseases.
- Experience working with biologic therapies.
- Previous involvement in the pre-launch or launch of innovative medicines.
- Experience in real-world evidence generation, observational research, registries or other Medical Affairs research activities.
- Good understanding of the Polish dermatology landscape and broader healthcare environment.
