About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to play a foundational role in scaling our team and ensuring we bring in the best people to support Gallatin's mission. As one of the founding members of our team, you own the full candidate lifecycle, care deeply about candidate experience, and act as a true partner to every hiring manager you support. You are naturally curious and tenacious, someone who doesn't wait for candidates to find us, but goes out and finds them. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are motivated by learning, growth, and the challenge of closing exceptional people.
