WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Your main challenge

As a Graphic Designer within Gameloft’s Creative Agency Team (CAT), you will help shape how Gameloft presents itself to players, candidates and employees around the world.

Reporting to the CAT Lead Artist, you will turn communication needs into engaging visual experiences across corporate branding, employer branding, social media, events, merchandise and internal communications, collaborating with teams across Gameloft’s international studios.

What it means on a daily basis

  • Create high-quality visual assets for Gameloft’s global corporate and employer brand.
  • Own creative projects from initial brief and concept through to final delivery.
  • Develop visual concepts, mood boards and design systems for global and local communication campaigns.
  • Design and adapt assets across social media, digital, print, presentations, events, merchandise and environmental graphics.
  • Apply strong typography, composition, layout, illustration and retouching skills to your work.
  • Collaborate with Global Communications, Social Media, Marketing, HR and other teams across our international studios.
  • Translate briefs and communication objectives into clear and compelling visual solutions.
  • Manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously while keeping quality and deadlines on track.
  • Apply and help evolve Gameloft’s global brand guidelines, templates and reusable design systems.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the team and explore new creative tools, trends and AI-assisted workflows where relevant.

What success will look like

Within your first months, you will be able to independently take projects from brief to delivery while producing polished work that is consistent with Gameloft’s visual identity.

You will become a trusted creative partner for our global teams, contributing ideas rather than simply executing briefs, while managing feedback, priorities and deadlines effectively.

Over time, you will also help us improve our visual standards, templates, workflows and design systems across the company.

Who you would be working with

You will report to the CAT Lead Artist and work closely with Gameloft’s Global Communications, Social Media, Marketing, HR and studio communication teams, collaborating with colleagues across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and Australia.

Your recruitment journey

  • Recruiter interview
  • Hiring team interview

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills in an international environment.
  • An online portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work. Please include it with your application.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Creative and curious, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback and collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of your projects.
  • Open to experimenting with new creative tools, workflows and AI-assisted production techniques.
