Customer Engineering

At GBG, our Customer Engineering organization sits at the intersection of technology, customer value, and commercial growth. As we continue to accelerate our North American expansion, we are building a world-class Solutions Engineering function that plays a critical role in helping organizations solve complex identity verification, fraud prevention, and data intelligence challenges.

The North American Solutions Engineering team is a high-performing group of technical consultants, trusted advisors, and problem-solvers who partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.
